Does anyone have any other challenges or what not that I could do now that I’ve finished the thirty day shred? Any tips?
i finished the thirty day shred! i lost a total of three pounds as well as thirteen and a half inches. more importantly and not basing my worth off of my size, i gained a lot of self-confidence in my body and what it can do, as well as what i can do when i put my mind to it.

also i’ve been feelin super good about my body/downright hot for the last few days and i think i might not have to worry about that whole negative body image thing anymore! \m/
I’m halfway through the thirty day shred and the squat challenge and my butt is a thing of beauty.
